Nous serons heureux de partager un moment avec vous pour vous expliquer nos pratiques tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s extensives. Nos vaches ne voient pas souvent le v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, car elles sont en bonne sant\u00e9 et pas stress\u00e9es&#8230;comme nous ! Des petites cures de chlorure de magn\u00e9sium, des antiparasitaires aux plantes, un peu d&rsquo;hom\u00e9opathie, de l&rsquo;argile&#8230;et voil\u00e0, c&rsquo;est tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Les g\u00e9nisses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des vosgiennes nourries exclusivement \u00e0 l&rsquo;herbe et au foin (pas de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, ni de soja, ni de ma\u00efs), et en plus on leur laisse leurs belles cornes. On est fiers de notre troupeau !<br>Nous les \u00e9levons au moins jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de trois ans (dans les circuits classiques, c&rsquo;est deux ans !) nous &nbsp;pratiquons une croissance lente et respectueuse de l&rsquo;animal, &nbsp;La viande issue de nos bovins, est donc un produit d&rsquo;exception, disponible selon abattage en 5 ou 10 kg et au d\u00e9tail sous vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Les veaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les veaux sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s au lait frais de notre troupeau. Les femelles rejoignent leurs a\u00een\u00e9es vers l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de trois ans.Les m\u00e2les sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour leur viande jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 \u00e0 8 mois, disponible selon abattage en colis de 5 ou 10 kg et au d\u00e9tail sous vide.<br>Envoyez-nous un mail pour vous inscrire sur notre liste d&rsquo;attente et commander votre viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>La charcuterie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos vaches de r\u00e9forme ne sont pas envoy\u00e9es en Espagne !!! Apr\u00e8s leurs carri\u00e8res on continue \u00e0 les chouchouter au foin et \u00e0 l&rsquo;herbe le temps n\u00e9cessaire. Ensuite elles partent \u00e0 l&rsquo;abattoir de Rambervillers et la viande est transform\u00e9e en charcuteries \u00e0 la CUMA La Forgeronne\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Epinal dans un laboratoire certifi\u00e9 bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sujet d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9<\/strong> : et vos animaux y sont abattus comment ?<br>Nous transportons nos animaux \u00e0 50 km &nbsp;de la ferme, \u00e0 l&rsquo;abattoir de Rambervillers agr\u00e9\u00e9 bio, dont nous sommes soci\u00e9taires, ce qui veut dire que nous participons aux prises de d\u00e9cisions du fonctionnement de ce petit abattoir qui
